What to send us
Scope, deliverables and milestones are agreed in writing before work begins.
What you receive
Our promise. Every finding comes with photos and video with your goods in frame, so you decide on evidence, not on a supplier’s word.
Quality control questions.
Cannot find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp and we reply within one business day.

When should I arrange QC?
Before production finishes. Earlier planning gives more time to define the checklist and correct problems.
Will I see the goods myself?
Yes. Photos and video with your goods in frame, measurements against the approved sample, and a clear call: release, rework or hold.
What happens if the inspection fails?
We document the evidence, ask you to pause the release decision, follow up the correction with the supplier and report after the agreed re-inspection.
Can you check labels and cartons too?
Yes. Carton marks, labels, inserts, barcodes and packing details are part of the checklist.
Can you follow production, not just inspect?
Yes. Milestones, supplier updates and agreed corrections are tracked during production.
