You approve the specification or sample before the bulk-production deposit, the printed proof before printing, and final inspection photos before loading. Sample fees, courier and third-party testing costs are quoted first and charged only with your approval.

We follow production against the approved requirements and run the agreed quality checks, with photos at every stage.

After you approve the specification or sample, the bulk-production deposit is paid to our company account against a proforma invoice; checkpoints are shared with you.
Early, mid-run and final checks against the approved sample; the balance is paid after you have seen the result.

Consolidation & shipment
We coordinate packing information, consolidation and the handover for the agreed shipping arrangement.

Quantities, carton information, markings and documents checked. Storage in Yiwu is free for up to 2 months in Full Sourcing and 1 month in Supplier Support.
Packing list and export documents prepared; handover coordinated with your freight forwarder.
