When you contact us or request a guide, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, supplier or product links, quote details, messages, and any other information you choose to send. We may also receive basic technical information such as browser, device, and cookie data when you use the website.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, review sourcing requests, send materials you request, communicate about your project, improve website security and performance, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or communicate through the website, only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the website.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type and purpose of the information.

Service providers that process data on our behalf: SiteGround (website hosting), Zoho (email), Google (website analytics), and WhatsApp (if you contact us there). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Website interaction counts

We keep aggregate daily counts of enquiry-link clicks, WhatsApp contact clicks, toolkit download-link clicks and returns to a thank-you page after a form submission.

Each counter stores only the event type, the website page and, when selected, the sourcing task.

These counters do not store names, contact details, form messages, IP addresses, browser identifiers or a visitor history.

A short-lived marker in browser session storage connects a form submission to its thank-you page; it contains only the form type, page, selected sourcing task and time, and is removed after a matching return or expires after ten minutes.

A counted return or click does not confirm email delivery, a completed download or a unique customer.

Cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

The short-lived form-return marker uses session storage, which your browser clears when the tab session ends.

Our hosting provider may separately process technical access logs to operate and secure the website.
