Worked example
Illustrative example: 5,000 stainless mixing bowls quoted at $1.90 per unit, FOB Ningbo, so $9,500 for the order. The unit price includes the product, export packing, inland freight to the port, export documents and our service. Not included: international freight, destination clearance, import duty and VAT.
Quality guarantee
In Full Sourcing, if goods arrive that don't match the approved sample and specification, we replace them free of charge or compensate you, up to the value of the affected goods. Report the problem after arrival with photos or video, and we agree the remedy with you in writing. In Supplier Support, the goods come from your supplier: we inspect them before shipment and, if problems appear later, we negotiate replacement or compensation with your supplier on your behalf, but OKO does not cover the loss.

How does Full Sourcing pricing work?
There is no service fee in Full Sourcing. All costs, including our service, are included in the unit price we quote, so the FOB price you approve is the price you pay for the goods.
Do you take commissions from suppliers?
No. We take no commission, rebate or other payment from suppliers; it is written into our service agreement. If a supplier ever offers one, we decline it or credit it to you in full.
Is product development really included?
Yes, when we source the bulk order. Development-only work is quoted per project and credited into the unit price if you then order through us.
Why 5% when I use my own supplier?
Supplier Support: 5% of product value, with a $100 minimum per project, never per SKU. The minimum is waived for repeat clients. It covers order follow-up, sample coordination, pre-shipment inspection, carton checks and shipment coordination.
What if my order has many small SKUs?
For Supplier Support, the $100 minimum applies to the project, not to each SKU. Ten small items are one project with one fee. The minimum is waived for repeat clients.
Will I get the lowest price?
You get the best offer for the specification you actually want. Quotes are compared on material, packaging and excluded costs, so a cheaper quote cannot hide thinner steel or missing cartons.
When do I pay, and to which account?
The bulk-production deposit is paid after you approve the specification or sample. Sample fees, courier and third-party testing costs are quoted first and charged only with your approval. Payments are against a proforma invoice under our company name, to the verified company account. The balance is paid after you have seen the inspection report.
